Julie Stafford, MSM, PA-C was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia. Julie studied at Lee University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science/Pre-PA Emphasis. During college, Julie served abroad in Guatemala on a medical mission trip with other Lee students.
Julie graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University’s Physician Assistant Program. She is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She is licensed to practice in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. She is currently a member of AAPA (American Academy of Physician Assistants) and TAPA (Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants).
She has previously practiced as PA in Orthopedic Surgery in Chattanooga, TN working in both clinical and hospital settings. She is an experienced provider of musculoskeletal care including joint injections, sports injury management, and surgical perioperative care.
In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with her partner Dr. Davis Mills, who is a Resident Physician at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine. She also enjoys traveling, crafting, walks with her dog Heshey, and spending time with family and friends.
